Jenni Nolan-Owens

After a short professional career which included roles as a dancer/actress in musicals and as a dancer/choreographer in stage cabaret in venues such as Liverpool Empire Theatre, Blackpool Tower Circus, Canary Wharf, and various holiday camps throughout the UK, Principal Jenni Nolan discovered that her true passion lay in choreography and therefore decided to open her own dance school and established Dance Design in 1996.

She hold her teaching certificates in Tap, Ballet, Modern Jazz, Freestyle and Street Dance and Hip Hop, she is both an Associate and Licentiate member of UKA and IDTA, she also has the licence to teach the pre school Melody Bear, Melody Movement Syllabus.
She is continuing to study in order to gain more qualifications as it is Jenni's belief that you can never stop learning.

Jenni has put several members of Dance Design through their Associate examinations and is proud that some of these teachers still have strong links to the school.

Jenni continues to offer future members these same chances to take their dancing to another level, whether they may want to teach or perform for a living, or if dance and drama remains a hobby, Jenni wants to get the best out of every student who walks through the doors.

On top of running her dance school, Jenni also runs her own events. These projects have included Showbabies, Dance 2000's and Liverpool Echo Arena Performance of a Lifetime (over 1,000 performers), and magic music days Disneyland Paris. Jenni will follow up these events with many more fantastic projects in the future under 'Dance Design Events', a large production company based in Liverpool which was established by Jenni. To include 'That's Show Biz' group dance and talent of the year, in which many dancers from dance design will have the opportunity to showcase in at prestigious venues such as the Bloomsbury theatre in London's west end.
